The training on Respect on the inside was focused on providing the students with skills and knowledge about the importance of respect from inside-out and breaking the cycle of low self-esteem, disrespectful communication, intolerance and discrimination. The training session engaged 30 students and helped them explore and understand through individual exercises and group games. They learned by doing; by being self-leaders.
